Complete Professional Business Plans

Services Designed For Entrepreneurs

This is an excellent complementary and important program to the Corporate Business Credit Builder program. The Complete Business Plan program is a full service program whereby one of our highly trained business plan specialists will contact you and do a full interview with you on your company and complete your business plan for you based on your answers to the detailed questions asked during your free phone consultation.

Many banks, private lending institutions and most, if not all investors require business plans before they will extend corporate business credit to you and before they will even look at you or invest any money into your company! Be prepared to meet this challenge head on with our full service Complete Business Plan program, and beat them at their own game! You must be a registered client with a registered company in order to purchase any products or services from Global Software & Computer Solutions Centers, Inc.

A properly developed and complete business plan package ready to be looked at for corporate funding for the first time, includes several extremely important and vital documents describing your company, each of which has a specific function in moving your company along the path to corporate funding. These documents include the following as shown below:

  • The Company's Executive Summary is a brief overview, usually no more than two pages of text, specifically designed to stimulate an investor to seek more details from you about you and your business. This is the key marketing document for attracting interest in your company. The company's executive summary may be in the form of a narrative that tells the story of you and your business or it may be in the form of a summary of pertinent facts about the company by itself.
  • The Financial Model is a specific set of very accurate and detailed spreadsheets that spells out the detailed metrics of your business model, including projected revenue, expenses, and cash flow. It may also include a balance sheet if your company has significant operational history. Summary points from the financial model are included in the other documents of your business plan. This is the key analytical document for evaluating the potential profitability and growth of the company even in the early stages of operation.
  • The Business Plan is a text document, ideally no more than 20 pages in length, that provides enough information so that a potential investor, banker, or other parties may quickly scrutinize the merits of all aspects of your business. (This is part of the process called "due diligence.") It is the key detail document, with the appropriate amount of content that makes it neither too short nor too long.

The business plan, which may also include diagrams and photographs as necessary, should cover the following main topics as shown here:

  • Market Need and Opportunity
  • Product or Service Offering
  • Revenue Model and Operating Plan
  • Sales & Marketing Strategies and Plans
  • Competition, Barriers to Market Entry by Others
  • Management Team Qualifications and Experience
  • Financial Summary, Use of Funds, and Exit Strategies
  • The Company's Investor Presentation is a set of professionally developed slides that serve as talking points when you have a formal meeting with an investor, banker, or other potential lenders to "pitch" your company. This is the key sales document of the corporate funding process, and it is extremely critical that the structure and content of the slides properly support your verbal presentation to the potential lender.
  • With a professionally developed business plan, a set of between 10 and 15 slides (either in Microsoft PowerPoint or HTML format) is usually enough to do the job right.
  • You may also want to have specific additional slides to show in response to tough questions you anticipate that investors and other lenders might ask you.

As a registered client of Global Software & Computer Solutions Centers, Inc. with a valid registered company, you receive solid, well-crafted bound business plan documents that meet and exceed the current standards in the investment community. Equally important, you will also receive experienced, strategic advice about your business model and how to position your corporate business plan for maximum acceptance by private investors, bankers, hard money lenders, and all other potential lenders.

All of our professionally developed business plan documents are original and customized to suit the needs of your business and to position your company for target investors. We do not use business plan programs or "canned" templates. (Such boilerplate documents are easily recognized by investors and usually merit far less attention than a custom-crafted corporate business plan.) Here is what you receive with your corporate business plan package:

  • Scope of Work -- After an initial consultation by phone or in person, we will submit a written proposal to you that spells out the specific work deliverables -- either a complete corporate business plan package or the individual components per your requirements.
  • Schedule -- A complete corporate business plan package generally takes between four and six weeks from start to finish. Many factors may affect the actual schedule, which is negotiated as part of the proposal and agreement processes.
  • Work Fees -- Our work fees are based on the specific scope of work and schedule we propose. We will provide you with a range of estimated work fees during the initial free phone consultation that you receive and with a firm quote in the written proposal. We generally work on a flat fee basis, with the first half payment due at the beginning of the project and the second half payment due upon completion of the project.
  • Agreement -- We use a standard contract agreement, signed by both parties, that spells out the details of our relationship as "contractor" and "client," including terms protecting the confidentiality of information and materials you provide during your free phone consultationn.
  • You will receive all documents related to your business plan, in a leather binder or a binder of your choosing.

For a limited time only, when you purchase one of our aged shelf companies with credit, you will receive your professionally developed corporate business plan at no cost. This offer won't last long.
